Message	I recieved and email from Shanna today on an order I placed on Monday. I replied back on the Delivery. She replied back with in 14 min. If you have Joshs email, I'd shoot him an email. He gets back to me Super Fast and Very Customer Service oriented. I feel your pain tho. I had that problem last week with a store credit. Sent 4 emails and placed 2 phone calls. Who replied back, Josh. Several of them are on FB. I've sent a few people a message or two and was able to have a matter taken care of that way too. Good Luck!!!
